I always have a bolt of white and black solids - a staple. I go in spurts with solids - just made three quilts with solids - now I need some tiny prints.

@lutzcats said...

I just started collecting them about a year ago...it's growing! Modern quilts make me pay better attention to value and placement, designs are more linear-yet organic.

These are very beautiful solids.

But these colors are looking very nice and saturated. THank you for the lovely give-a-way and am seeking a very nice solid. sgriff57(at)comcast(dot)net

Solids? Did purposefully purchase color packs of fat quarters when an online store had them on special. I am getting used to how to use solids successfully, but I think I still prefer a "reads" solid print because there is more visual texture. That said, i continue to experiment with both. Thanks for putting together these generous giveaways, Lorna.
