I love how the mama elephants ears share the same fabric used to make the baby elephants. And how cute is that happy, smiling frog?!! The blue border and scrappy binding frame this finish fabulously!
Donna found the perfect backing fabric, too. All those colourful elephants parading along across the back to Beckett! What a lucky new baby boy.... and a very talented Great Aunt! Thanks so much for allowing me to share your gorgeous quilt will all our friends here on the Sew Fresh Quilts blog, Donna. Hugs from Canada to you in hot, hot, hot South Carolina!

It must be fun for you to see all those different elephants parades!! I am surprised every time again when I see the colorful fabrics and the creativity of everyone! You have inspiring patterns and design!
What a great quilt. Love the idea of the ears of the mother matching the babies.
so many bright and colorful quilts in the thumbnails today - it is going to be hard to make time to visit some of these but I sure will. Nice to see your pattern I bet done by someone else.
I can only imagine the joy you get seeing what others make from your patterns Lorna! What a wonderful story!
What a wonderful quilt she made! I love this pattern and thank you for taking us through it :)
What a lovely version of your Elephant Parade quilt, and congratulations on a new sponsor. :)
I love the fabrics in this version, so cute!
How fun to see a quilt from your pattern! Thanks for hosting!
Her quilt from your pattern is just adorable!
The quilt Donna make for Beckett is adorable, but did that poor plaid elephant lose his mother?
I can see how such a beautiful rendition of your design would make your day! Beckett is one lucky little guy!
Love the personalization on the back with the name. So cute. Something they will cherish forever!
You inspire so many of us - with your lovely designs, positive praise and constant support. You. Are. Special.
I just visited your shops for a browse around. Holy cow Lorna! You have got it together! You've released so many great patterns this year. I saw the Mad About Patchwork has a quilt kit for your Elephant Parade too. I already have the pattern from you so I will get the kit from them as that makes it so easy. :)
Now that really makes me want to finish my Elephant parade too... but I only have 2 blocks completed so far....
