Equilateral Triangle Quilt - Finished!

Introducing my Triangle Quilt Along baby quilt... Completely completed!

I started quilting by stitching in the ditch around the focus triangle.

Quilting Detail

Then I spiral quilted around this block, alternating between 1/4" and 3/4" spacing.

Spiral Quilting

And then returned to that focus triangle to add one final outline of quilting inside the triangle.

Machine finished binding in blue with white polka dots.

Backed in a fresh flannel print, I really love how this one came together.
Working with all those bright colours has been such a pleasure.

Flannel Backing

I am so happy with this sweet quilt.  And feel it could qualify as unisex.
In spite of the pink, the overall feel leans toward the baby blue elements.

This quilt is now listed in the Sew Fresh Quilts Etsy shop!

Although I showed in this post that I did have an easy job of cutting all the pieces for this quilt by using my AccuQuilt GO! cutter, this same quilt could be made without any special rulers or dies.

such a colourful quilt and you have certainly quilted it, I am afraid I have done very little quilting on mine, the bare minimum!

Great quilting idea! I'm not up to quilting mine yet, which is a good thing since I have no idea what to do on it.

it looks fantastic! I love the bright colours. Have you left a section unquilted? I can't quite tell from the photograph, but the bottom left looks unquilted.

Gorgeous quilt ~ I love the way the back totally matches the front! Love the spiral quilting, too ~ will have to put that on my to-do list!

So pretty! I love that you left the angled sides. I wasn't brave enough to do that with mine. And that quilting is super fun, I'll have to keep that concept in mind for my next triangle quilt.

Well done!!! Pretty quilt, cool quilting, and if it had been me I mighta squared up the edges instead of bothering with all those corners. I'm glad it was you, 'cause the jagged edge looks great.
