Equilateral Triangle Quilt Along - Week #3

Don't say I didn't warn you!
Equilateral Triangles are hard to resist.

I have been enjoying working with these bright fun pieces to make this baby quilt.
The longest winter ever is finally turning into spring.  Seen my first robin!
This fun palette is helping me to shake free of hibernation.

Not only has working with my own triangles been fun...
I have also enjoyed seeing what everyone else has picked out!

There are an incredible 198 members signed up in the Flickr group.
And over 70 links were added to last week's progress update!

Need a refresher on the cutting or piecing methods I used?
Here are those tutorials - cutting - piecing.

I am linking up with Paula of The Sassy Quilter for Piecing Rows, week #3 of the Triangle Quilt Along.

Come on over and see everyone's progress!!!!

I decided to cut more fabric out for mine so I've spent all afternoon doing that! Looking forward to the actual piecing :D I love your colours!

Love your bright colours ... I'm using leftovers from several charm packs for mine and am pleasantly surprised that they might just all blend together nicely *cough*

These colors are so fun and summery, a perfect break from this long cold winter. Also, is that a fuzzy backed tablecloth pinned to your wall as a design wall? That's brilliant!

I'm loving seeing all the different fabric choices. I got a little behind since I was out of town for a week, so I may make mine baby sized instead of lap sized.

I'm still nowhere near finished cutting out my triangles (since I have exactly 336 to cut), but I'm determined not to get too far behind. I don't think I'm brave enough to go that bright with colours, but it looks great!
