My first quilt was made for my daughter, Erin. That was about a year and a half ago now.
Since then it has been my son, Russell who has been the one to show interest.
He is great with colours and design. And is the one person I rely on when I need a second opinion.
Now it is his turn.
He has requested a wolf quilt.
And a while back, I found this fuzzy wolf fabric suitable for a backing. (I hope!)
Now to formulate a plan!
I did some shopping on Saturday and found this wolf fabric and coordinating fat quarters.
I also picked up a little more Christmas fabric.
The neutral text describes the tradition of the Christmas tree.
I purchased two 24"x24" pillow forms, as they were half price.
So each of the kids will be getting a big cushion for Christmas - or sooner!

90 days?! ok, now I'm panicked!
I'm looking forward to seeing how you cut the wolf fabric. I think it'll look amazing.
As for Christmas - I'm already making stuff! Eeeek! :oD
Love the Christmas text print fabric - I've decided not to sew for Christmas this year (bah-humbug, I know) but I am making decorations for our tree with my two girls ... that should count for something :)
Oh Christmas, how I love thee... Halloween is a BIG deal for handmade at my house so I can't even think Christmas for another month or so. :)
My son is also the one to go to for color/fashion advice! OOOO the wolves will be very cool.
