Harry Potter Quilt Along Link Up #5

Welcome to the fifth link up for the Harry Potter Quilt Along!

You can find the Harry Potter quilt along page here.

Personally, I have not made any progress on my blocks since my last block instruction post back at the end of May. During this quilt along I have made a combination of both the 10" and 20" blocks. So I don't have a complete quilt top yet. It is my goal to have the Large blocks finished and set into a quilt layout by the end of this link up - August 31.

Obviously, I am going to now be retesting the blocks that I have only made previously in the 10" size. And this will give me the opportunity to perhaps catch any pattern errors. However, I am certainly only human. If you have found errors in the current block instructions and would like to help, please do send me an email with your corrections. I would very much appreciate it!

I have been seeing a lot of finished quilt tops and even finished quilts popping up on Instagram. It has been the highlight of my week to see so many happy quilters who have managed to stay on target with their goals of completing this quilt along. And I know that for most of them, their love for the intended recipient of that quilt, is what helped to keep them focused. Bravo to you all! You all deserve a great big round of applause!!!!

For this fifth link up, you don't have to have a completed quilt or quilt top. All you need to do is share your progress to date. The link up will stay open until August 31.

Then there will be an Early Bird Prize Party post coming on September 13th.

Thank YOU!!! all for participating and quilting along!

It's your turn to share!
