I have been working on the pipe quilt. Have all the pieces made and assembled the top!

What's the new name? Layin Pipe and you can find the pattern here!!!!

I have finished quilting up three new quilts. Scottie Dog, Screw This. Nailed It. Just need more time for photos!!!

Did you know that I have been running around all over the place giving trunks shows and offering workshop classes since 2014? Well today I am getting ready to do my second last show! That's right. After four years of road trip fun... I am done. Read more here....

One more thing!!!! Trish made this super cute Buffalo Plaid Moose quilt and shared it with me in an email. I love that wavy line quilting!

And how about those beavers on the backing?

The placemats are precious! I’m glad to see you know when to take a break. Your classes and events will be missed by many, but it’s nice to stay home, too. It’s all a big balancing act, isn’t it? Happy creating.

Lorna I can certainly understand that you need to step back and reorganize your time - all that traveling and getting ready for those lectures and shows must take up a lot of your time.

That photo of the puppy placemats is freaking adorable!!
I'm so glad I got to attend one of your lectures and classes!

If cutting back on your travel means you will have more time to make patterns, stay home and create! I love your latest 'manly' patterns. They would make great baby quilts for little boys.

Love your Layin Pipe quilt Lorna, so intricate and clever, but approachable, just like all your patterns, keep up the great work!
