More news....
I am currently working on a remake of my KYSS Me by the Garden Wall pattern using a layer cake of Pie Making Day. But between sewing and pressing, I could not resist drawing up a new pattern in the meantime. This is an EQ7 mock up of the Black Birds baby quilt and will be the next quilt in the works. Hopefully first thing next week!

And my final tidbit of news to share....
Yesterday, I was hanging out with some lovely ladies at E&E's Cloth and Creations in Newton.
The On Point quilt pattern was the lesson for the day. And it was such a fun time. It's always a pleasure to spend the day working on quilts and talking about quilting!

The pink background on the giraffe quilt is gorgeous, I hope you get more photos of your patterns made in the wild like this so you can share them! Loving your next birdie pattern :)
I love the birds. Great design!!
Your black birds quilt has both class and cuteness!!! Thank you for the pop of color in the red/orange bird. It brightened my day :-)
Reminds me of the saying - I may be a worm, but at least I am a glowworm :-D
Hugs,
Preeti.

I love your new Black Birds Quilt! It reminds me of a person that spoke at our guild a few years ago. She shared a quilt she made for her daughter and included all the birds that would come to her yard. All I could think of is, if I made a version of that quilt it would be all crows!
Cute little quilt! I love the name Kyss Me by the Garden Wall'! I'm loving the little red bird!
Love your bird quilt!! you come up with some of the neatest ideas for animals/birds
OMG! The bird quilt is so super cute! love the pop of colour. Do you need a pattern tester. Am free and raising up my hand, right away :)

I love your black birds baby quilt! I'm looking forward to this pattern. Thank you for the inspiration.
Black Birds is so cute! I love the spot of colour among all the black/grey birds.
I also like the blackbirds quilt, but I'm partial to bird watching. lol
One of the best parts of pattern design is getting to see how others make your pattern! <3 Thanks for all your hard work hosting Let's Bee Social.
Neato! Helene's Giraffe family looks so summery. The colors remind me of pink coneflowers.
Congratulations on teaching another class Lorna! Your are becoming more and more relaxed sounding about it and that's great!
People will flock to your blackbirds quilt! I love how one redbird got in with the bunch.
It's really sweet to see the giraffe family quilt with a pink background... and those kissing birds - just too darn cute!
Lorna, as usual, all of your creations are incredible. Just wow.
I love the birdies too
