This quilt is my favorite so far. I love the pieced blocks. In my previous post about these Little Blooms, many left comments that they were reminded of butterflies. My readers never cease to provide me with inspiration. Your kindness and compliments are so greatly appreciated!

Not wanting to distract from the pieced blocks, I quilted both horizontally and vertically along all of the sashing and borders. I think a decorative stitch, such as the serpentine stitch, would have looked good here, too.
For the backing, from the Just My Type collection by Patty Young for Michael Miller Fabrics, we have Letterpress in Multi. The matching binding is Color Keys, also in Multi. These bright and grainy prints remind me of Popsicles! Yum, yum, yummy!
