What are some of my fave Superior Threads products? I could not live without my..........
Magnifico, Fantastico and the Titanium-Coated Topstitch Needles
Because these titanium-coated needles have an ultra thin coat of titanium nitride, they will stay sharper longer and outlast any current Topstitch needle on the market.
Fantastico is a pleasure to free motion quilt with. This is a close up of my Fox Kits quilt. The tree was quilted in a wood grain pattern. And Fantastico helped to bring the leaves to life!
Magnifico is another favourite of mine. I used these to quilt my Modern Charm quilt.
This spiraled and echoed quilting was performed using the walking foot.

My favorite thread really depends on what I am doing. I do like Aurifil, but it isn't readily available for color matching to my quilts locally, so I tend to prefer Mettler at the moment. Again, mostly due to local availability more than anything else! :)
Thank you so much for the info on Superior Threads. I will definitely order this thread the next go-around.
I have lots of different kinds. For my hand sewing, hexies and needleturn I love silk thread 100 wt
Great threads. I'd love to have more at home -- thanks for the chance!
I am just starting to quilt and have just used Coats & Clark thread.
I most often use Essential Cotton thread from Connecting Threads, but also some Aurifil. I have never tried Superior threads, but I would love to try!
I like king tut thread
Magnifico is definitely my favorite thread. But that's because it's the only Superior thread I've tried. So thanks for the recommendation on Fantastico! And thanks, as always, for your inspiring blog!
I love king tut.
For piecing it's Masterpiece 50 wt. Great price and works beautifully.
I like Masterpiece, King Tut & Bottom Line.
I like to use superior monofilament thread for stitching on the ditch, but would love to try the newer threads soon.
I love Superior Threads! Love their King Tut, So Fine, Bottom Line, metallics...only thread I use for quilting!
I love superior thread for machine quilting and Aurifil for both machine quilting and piecing.
My favorite is Masterpiece.
Superior needles work wonderfully! I haven't tried Fantastico thread yet, but it looks lovely. Thanks for this giveaway opportunity.
My local quilt shop has closed and Gutermann is what is available to me.
I just recently tried the titanium needles and they are great. I have been using Omni thread by superior on my longarm but am anxious to start trying some of their other threads. Thanks for the chance to win.
Love these threads! And the needles are great! Thank you for the opportunity to try more of your products.
I don't have a favourite thread as my LQS only stocks one sort and I've never tried anything else. I need to do something about that, don't I? Perhaps you can help me?
I love their king tut and bottom line threads. Thanks for the chance
Right now I use Presencia. I would love to try superior threads
For quilting my favorite is King Tut. I especially like the color Limestone. I would love to try some of Superior's other threads.
I don't really have a favorite thread.
I've experimented with all sorts of threads and Masterpiece is in the top 3!! Thanks for the chance it would be great to try more products, especially their needles!!!
My favorite threads are from Connecting Threads. I haven't used Superior threads. Thanks.
I like Fantastico thread. I've tried others. Thanks for the chance to win.
My favorite is the omni thread for quilting.
Honestly, I mostly use Guttermann thread, because it's the most available thread to me and I've never had issues with it. I like Aurifil when I use it, but I can't colour match it because no one nearby sells it and I do hate buying based on a guess. I'm interested to try Superior Threads some day because I know a lot of quilters who really love it. And their needles... my sewing machine says I need specialty needles of a type that Superior doesn't make, but then I've heard a lot of bloggers with the same machine who say they swear by their needles and that they function in a similar way to the specialty ones, so I dunno.
I have one spool of Superior thread and could use more. I need to try the needles too! Everyone's talking about them!
Would love to know what needles quilters like to use for hand stitching.
I follow you on bloglovin.
Masterpiece.
Love, love, love the Fantastico used on your wood grain quilting. It's incredible looking!
I don't really have a favorite thread. I have been trying to find something that works well with my machine for piecing and is available locally. Nothing has seemed to fit the bill yet. Would love to try this out!
Sandy A
I'm not experienced enough to use so many threads. I like Mettler but usually use Gueterman because it's readily available here. dollartistcarla at aol dot com
I use Aurifil for piecing but am not Totally satisfied with the Coats & Clark embroidery thread I use for quilting. I'll have to give Superior threads a try for that. svonfumetti at yahoo dot com
I love Aurifil- usually using the white :) Many thanks for this great giveaway!
King Tut is my #1 fave for machine quilting. I have been using Superior Titanium needles for a while now. Topstitch needles rule!
I use Aurifil for my piecing and quilting. I am totally open to trying new for quilting.
Oi have liked all of the Superior threads I have tried. I just don't have many.
Love Superior Threads. Thanks for the giveaway
I love Fantastico for quilting and machine embroidery.
I like and use Gutermann threads
I have mostly used guterman, but I like to try other kinds too.
I love their threads. I recently purchased some at a quilt show and they are perfect for my sewing fun! Would love to get some more.
I use Gutermann - my machine likes them and they're easy to find here in the UK!
I don't have a favorite thread, as I am new to sewing. I would love to try Superior Threads.
It depends on the project, but I usually piece with Aurifil and quilt with a Superior thread.
Oh how I need this! Seems I am always running out of my 'go to' threads! I wish I had a favortie thread, but I don't! I usually use Gutermann. I do have some Arifil and Superior that are a close second!
I currently use Aurifil thread, but I'd love to try Superior threads for piecing and quilting! Thanks for the chance ~ fingers crossed!!
I would love to win this giveaway so I can try some quality threads and needles. Thanks for the chance.
I currently use Gutterman, because it's the best I've found locally and I like being able to color match in person. I'd love to try Superior though. Thanks for the chance to win.
My favorite threads are the ones that my sewing machine loves--Superior Threads and Aurifil.
I use both Superior Thread and Threadart. I would love to win more Superiors. Thanks for the giveaway!
I have recently learned how important it is to use good thread! Makes a real difference, who knew? Would love to try Superior thread.
I use a lot of King Tut, because that is what is available to me locally for my long arm. I have used several Superior Threads and had good results with them too!
I used to have a favorite thread that came with the sewing machine I bought years ago; but, it is no longer being sold. I am now shopping around for 100% cotton threads and let me tell you, it isn't easy picking a favorite from the variety of sources out there!
I usually use Aurifil, but I would like to try Superior Threads. I have heard good things about it.
Thanks!
nettiecrain@live.com
I use Essential thread from Connecting Threads. I would like to try Superior.
So far, I've only used Gutterman. I'd love to give Superior Threads a try!
I have only used Mettler in my Janome machine to date, but would love to try Superior thread and needles.
I use their King Tut line for machine quilting and LOVE the colors! Looking forward to trying more of their products - especially the needles.
I love Bottom Line and Masterpiece.
I don't have a favorite brand thread, probably because I haven't tried them all. I do love variegated threads for quilting though.
I would love to try all of these threads.
I use all sorts of threads, depending on what I am sewing. I have some pink variegated thread and it would be nice to have some more in a different colour :)
Just started working with Signature and Superior, but my fav at the moment is Sulky Blendables, both my machines work well with it.
I use Aurifil and Superior Threads exclusively for quilting. Both are wonderful and give a lint-free result. I love a nice even stitch with a flat thin line for piecing. Aurifil 50 and Masterpiece are the best.
I'm using Aurifil so far and would love to give Superior Threads a try. The options kind of boggle the mind.
I use Coats & Clark because it's all I have access to where I live. I won some Aurifil which I have not tried yet, 2 small spools. I know thread is so important in quilt making and I'm ready to branch out to the "good stuff"....
I love their metallic thread and the King Tut variegated. So nice to work with.
My favorite thread for quilting is King Tut. I love the colors and it produces less lint to clog up my machine.
I don't have a favorite thread yet, being a relatively new quilter. Thanks!
Please click on the delaineelliott above for my email link.
i use so fine, King Tut for quilting!! I prefer a matte thread,
I love using King Tut for hand quilting. It works so well.
I use Masterpiece for piecing and King Tut and So Fine for quilting.
I use So Fine on many of my quilts--I love how it doesn't look "thready" when doing heavy quilting.
I love Superior So fine thread for quilting and then Aurfil for piecing. Thanks so much!
I use King Tut thread along with several other brands but do get superior newsletter and follow their blog!
I currently use Connecting Threads thread.
I haven't found a favorite, would love to try this brand!
I have used several Superior Threads, they are fantastic. Would love to win some!
So Fine is one of my favorites!
thanks!
I haven't tried enough different threads to have a favorite.
t_ktl@ yahoo.com
I have a halo thread I've been trying some bobbin work with, I've yet to master the technique.
Love Superior thread!. Masterpiece and So Fine are my favorites to use and I use only thier needles in all my machines. They work great!! (sandybailey55@hotmail.com)
I usually use Gutterman thread... it's very available where I live! I'd love to give Superior Threads a go though!
I love king tut thread for quilting.
I've always used Aurifil but I *just* got a long arm (last week!) and I'm interested in playing with other threads! I am in love with that wood grain quilting.
I like the King Tut thread. midwayfarms@hughes.net
I don't know that much about threads yet. I've used Aurifil, coats & Clark, guttermann, but have been wanting to try Superior. I've heard good thing about it.
Aurifil is my favorite quilting thread
cooladam1 at live dot com
Would love to win this thread! Thank you. peterstankovich@comcast.net

msstitcher1214@gmail.com
My budget only allows me to use Dual Duty thread . I want to try aurifil thread . I've heard great things about it .
I use coats and clark, I go by the different weights depending on what I am working on. I love thier 50 weight.
I use Coats and Clark, although I have some Aurifil that I'd love to try (it's coloured and I haven't worked on the right project since I got it)
Bottom Line is my favorite.
Masterpiece for piecing and Bottom Line for FMQ.
I just ordered some Masterpiece, Bottom Line and King Tut to try, but haven't had a chance to use them yet. I have been using Connecting Threads cotton, but I am having lint issues. Thanks for the chance!
dragonfly9716@yahoo.com
Any that doesn't leave alot of lint in the bobbing cage! At the moment it is 100% cotton Connecting Threads, but I am open to any other options!
I have used the King Tut thread and love it!
Love your threadwork!!!
Loving the colors of the new Superior Threads Twist!!
Fantastico looks like a lot of fun, love variegated colors.
My current favorite is silk thread for all of my basting needs--it leaves no marks when you press it.
Superior, love all their colors
It really does depend on the application Right now I am using Polyarn because I am making apparel.
To be honest I use Aurifil, Gutterman and some Coats and Clarks. It really depends on what I'm sewing. Pj's, animal rescue bedding and such is where I'm using up my Coats and Clarks. I would love to try Superior.
I've been loving variegated thread. Theirs looks great.
Superior thread is the only thread I use when I piece my blocks. Thanks for your contest... I can always use more thread!

I would love to try Superior!
I don't have a favorite kind, yet! Would love th chance to try some Superior Thread!
I really don't have a favorite thread, but I have some I don't like.
I do not have a favorite yet. My old machine was so particular that once I found that it behaved best with my locally sourced Gutterman I stuck with it. Now that I have a new machine I am counting down my current collection of spools before I splurge on some of the stuff others rage about. I'd love to test out some Superior. Your pieces look beautiful!
I don't have a favorite thread either. I haven't really sewn enough yet to tell much difference.
I love MasterPiece thread! I use different types of threads for quilting, but I only piece with MasterPiece.
I really liked the Highlights line, but it is gone now. I've just recently tried Fantastico and it is great to work with too.
I use omni (made by Superior) for my long arm. It's great stuff!
I don't have a thread preference... I have yet to really delve into the world of thread. This seems the a Superior option to get started.;-)
I love Bottom Line.
I love Superior threads, pick me!! I left my email on the rafflecopter. Or you can contact me at my blog. Carole @ From My Carolina Home
I don't really have a favorite thread. We just have a Wal-Mart here so all I buy is Coats and Clark. Guess that would have to be my current favorite.
kdavis1@centurytel.net
The only thread I've ever really used is Gutterman. I'd love to try Superior.
I have mostly used guterman and sometimes Presencia and DMC.I`d love to try these ones!
I like a good quality thread and use Aurifil quite often. The only place I can buy Superior threads are at quilt shows which I do.

Neutrals are my favorite; I have a big cone of each and use those more often than not. sarah@forrussia.org
I'm so new to sewing I'm ashamed to admit I've only bought thread at walmart! 😳 I cAnt wait to someday try fancy thread.
I use Superior Thread to quilt with and love it
I'm still "playing the field" with thread brands, but definitely love variegated threads. I think I'm addicted to them. Any time I can come up with any excuse to use variegated, I will.
I use Mettler thread but would love to win this giveaway so I can try Superior thread!

I love Superior. I think they make great thread and have outstanding needles. Their education attitude is fantastic! I'd love to have extra $$ to spend there. Thanks for the chance. I've signed up for your newsletter via email.
I'm still experimenting with different threads to find my favorite, but I just bought two cones of Superior So Fine and plan to quilt with one of them starting this week. I have high hopes!
Right now I have Aurifil on top and Superior Bottom Line in the bobbin. I haven't tried any other Superior threads yet. Thanks for the opportunity! Notwendy gmail

I love king tut
I LOVE using So Fine in my bobbin.
I not sure if I have a fav thread because I've only used a few so far, including Aurifil and Gutermann and Coats and Clark. Out of those I think I didn't really find one that stood out. I've never tried Superior Threads so it would be cool to win and try it. The Fantastico in the picture is so pretty!
I use a variety of threads, but my favorite is probably YLI.

Most of the the time I use Invisafil for quilting. Would love to try Superior threads!
I used to use any thread - but have come to realize how important thread is. I have been using Auriful for about 6 months now and really like it for piecing - but I going to try Superior a try for FMQ. Thanks!
Razzle Dazzle is my fav. Really adds that extra pop. But I only have a few colors and would love to have them all.

My favorite thread is aurifil, however I have never tried using Superior Threads. Mostly I use the essential threads from connecting threads due to its cost.
I use Gutterman thread as it's available locally
Wow - your quilting is beautiful! I tend to use Aurifil thread, as I can purchase it on a large cone.
My favorite thread is Aurifil, but I've only ever tried that brand and Coates & Clark. So I'm eager to try other brands and maybe find a new favorite!
I normally use Gutermann, Essential, and King Tut - always willing to try more especially if I win!!
Superior Machine Needles are amazing....a noticeable difference.
Smiles,
Kelly
i am new to sewing and still trying to teach myself with simple coats from joann.....hopefully i will understand the difference soon and will have a favorite!!!
I don't have a specific favourite yet. I have been using Aurifil a lot for piecing; I like Sulky 30 wt cotton for quilting, it shows the stitches really well. And for garments and bags I always use Gutermann sew-all thread in polyester for strength.
I like Aurofil but not sure my fave color.
I have been using some serger thread for my piecing, but Isacord Polyester Thread 40 wt for quilting. It really makes a difference! I haven't been matching my thread to fabric, in fact seem to like having the thread stand out! Thanks for the chance.
so fine...
I love Superior Threads. Thanks for the chance to win.
I like coats and Clark but use many different brands depending on project
