Boxes-N-Bows Christmas Table Runners

On Wednesday, I mentioned my recent fabric additions, of the Christmas variety.  They are Holiday Cheer by Jan Shade Beach for Henry Glass Fabrics.

Looking for some guidance as to what to make with them, many of the comments left recommended a table runner.  So I sat down with my graph paper and drew up these fun Boxes-N-Bows blocks.

Each block finishes at 10" square.  And could also be used to make a wall hanging or square table topper.

The first runner is 14" x 72" and the second one is 14" x 50".

If you would like to make some Boxes-N-Bows blocks, here are the cutting requirements for each block.

the fabric has worked beautifully on this block, another one for me to try, I have a hat box with all my sample blocks in it. Love the tree fabric, will look out for some of that when I am at the quilt show next weekend.

These are super cute :). Love your Christmas fabrics, they aren't overly Christmas. Just save this post for future use!

Lorna, I am in love with these & the blocks do not appear too difficult.
I am slowly getting back into quilting after cancer & these sing a wonderful tune; I am going to give them a try even though they will take forever. Thank you ever so much.
