Who inspires you to dream big?
My mom has been my lifelong supporter. No matter what I have ever wanted to do.
|Ride a motorcycle? She encouraged me to go for it!|
|Become a welder? For sure!|
Monday was my mom's birthday. I made her a quilted jacket out of Charley Harper prints from Birch Fabrics. And I am glad to say.... That gift was finished on time and delivered! I took the day off, kept the kids out of school, and headed to Stratford to visit with my parents for my mom's big day.

I get a lot of inspiration from my daughter. She is my biggest fan, critic and supporter. After all, she was the one who forced me in to this quilting 'hobby'!

Hi Lorna, Keeping it real! Thanks.
Love the bike! and the jacket too. Lovely!
Happy Birthday to your mum, Lorna! My mum wasn't exactly thrilled when I got a motor bike.
The first vehicle I ever bought was a motorcycle. I would take the bus in the winter and be right back on my bike as soon as the ice was gone. I loved it. Looking at your photos brought back some lovely memories. However......my mom wasn't so supportive.....lol. Happy Birthday to your mom.
