Let's Bee Social #178

Welcome to the Let's Bee Social!
So glad to have you join us for the Let's Bee Social weekly linky party!

The Love Birds quilt that I shared with you on Friday has got my creative juices flowing...

This week I drew up the Ducks in a Row....

I am having fun trying out different fabrics to see how this could look....

This fabrics you choose could make this design look like it suits a boy...

Or the fabrics you choose could make this design look like it suits a girl...

Or it could be made to be completely gender neutral.

Hope to be able to make a decision on a fabric pull and show you a real life version soon!

You can find the pattern available for purchase here.

Now... It's your turn for Show and Tell!!!

Such a simple design but it has a big impact. I love the gender neutral, reduced version the most!

Lorna, how cute! My vote is the classic yellow duckies with the low volumne background! Either way, they are adorable!

These are wonderful! Love how you designed them - and love how there could be a few rows of them - if you want! Beautiful!!

So cute!! This makes me think of the ugly duckling, wonder if a bit longer neck would make a swan baby in the row?

Super cute Lorna. What a fun baby quilt. Or, if smaller, could be a fun wall quilt in a duck themed nursery. Love this!!

Those little ducks are adorable Lorna. Perfect for springtime!

If you made a few options for the mama, they could be goslings or cygnets as well! Very cute as is.

Those ducks!!! Lorna, I love them - adorable, clean, simple... and I would honestly make them in every one of those colorways, so the pattern will be extremely versatile for baby gifting regardless of decor colors. The texture of the yellow/text you went with reminds me of Eric Carle's "Ten Little Ducks" : ) Perfect baby shower present pairing!
