this would have to be my totally #1 of all your blocks, and a super one to go on a wall hanging all by itself, or a bag pocket. Love your fabrics, and those greens, perfect.
Beautiful block - love how you designed it, Lorna! This is going to be a favorite. Always loved Cardinals and Blue Jays, but see so few around anymore!
Thanks for this great block Lorna! I used to see Cardinals when I lived in eastern Canada. They are so pretty!
Beautiful! I love the lively colors.
I am really enjoying following along with your blocks! This is going to make a really fun Christmas quilt. Thank you for sharing your designs and for the easy to follow tutorials!
Looking gorgeous! i love visiting your blog.
Thank you for sharing your talents. I especially love Christmas.

This is a lovely block! XO
I think this is my favorite block in this series. While I haven't been able to make any in this QAL, I'm definitely planning to make this one eventually. It's just so pretty. You've outdone yourself Lorna!
I love this block and made two of them. For some reason I really struggled with the leaves but finally got them made. The tails a bit off too but I will have to practice getting them lined up better. I still want to make more of them and I'll have to save up for the blue jay next.
