Let's Bee Social #180

Welcome to the Let's Bee Social!
This week I am working on some other ideas of how to use the new pieced Alphabet pattern.

This is the Harcore Quilter wall hanging and will finish at about 35" square. Maybe I will also make one in a half size? Wouldn't that be cute at 18"?

Have you ever made anything using equilateral triangles? It was a couple of years back that I came up with the Sweet Watermelon design, but I do love to see it being revived each time summer comes rolling back around. There are three settings included in this table decor design - place mats, table runner and a hexagonal table topper.

You can find the Sweet Watermelon pattern listed here in my shop

Now... It's your turn for Show and Tell!!!
What have you been working on?

  1. I had some more cell phone charger holder bags cut out, so sewed them all, and now the freefall leaves are calling so loudly, the date of June 15th is coming all too fast. Love the watermelon pattern, the fabrics in bright pink suit so well.

  6. That sewing machine pattern looks like a long arm machine. I'm taking a watermelon table topper class on Friday. If I like it, I might have to check out your pattern, to see if it will go with it.

  7. Hi Lorna, for some reason I am having trouble with the link but wanted to share my finished piece today because I am a little partial to it. The linky goes all the way to the done button but then doesn't do it! :) Here is the link http://sewsunshine.blogspot.com/2017/06/triumphal-arches-curvy-challenge.html

  9. Lorna,
I couldn't resist posting my latest small elephant block using the pattern on your blog. She went together so easily and quickly. Thank you so much for the pattern. This may never happen again, having 4 projects to link in one week and writing 2 blog posts in one day. Karen
