Let's Bee Social #115

Welcome to the Let's Bee Social!

Last week I told you had been a couple of weeks since I did any sewing.
Well this week I have been sewing up a storm!

I finished my Penguin Inn quilt and shared it in my Friday Finish post. Now I have penguins on the brain. Thanks to Kitty of Night Quilter who suggested a red bow tie for one of those penguins. So there will be another penguin quilt coming soon.

Meanwhile, I spent the weekend working on my Cat Treats quilt.

Cat Treats 55" x 60"

I made all my cat blocks on Friday.

And then spent Saturday making the Fish Bones blocks.

 All ready to go!

Hope to be sharing this as a finished quilt come Friday. The pattern is now in my shop!

NOW....

It's your turn for Show and Tell!!!

  4. I've been a little absent from my sewing room this last week too... I've been sick again! I have to admit that I'm getting a little tired of all the sniffles and things that my boys bring back from the kindergarden with them!

Ah... that will be a nice contrast for your cute penquins! Great idea! I'm looking forward to seeing your cat treats finished - so fun!

  8. I actually don't like cats very much, but yours are super sweet. I really like they are made of fabrics.

I adore the backing fabric on this quilt. I have to get this for my quilt. What is the name of this fabric, please?
