Dapper Dachshunds Free Pattern

Last week I seen this on Facebook and had to share here.


Heather stitched up this Dapper Dachshund.

This week I am sharing my Dapper Dachshunds makes!




The pattern calls for using a marker to make the eyes and embroidery for the nose, but I used buttons instead.


My kids are 20 and 21, but both of them loved these doggies and each wanted one. I can understand that.




You can see why I was a little distracted by the doggie making.

Made two more...


I followed the pattern for the first dog. Then added a larger tail for the next three and stitched it into the seam.





Might be one for ME!

    So cute! Did you make the feet/legs bigger, too? The first one looks like it has skinnier legs. I like them bigger.

    Adorable doggies! Thanks for the pattern link. The Elves on the Shelf quilt is awesome too. It was only last year that I found out (via my granddaughter) what the Elf on a Shelf is, lol.
