Welcome to the Let's Bee Social!
I keep hoping each week that I will have this post ready to go, but it's getting CRAZY!
What I am to do?
Keep on keeping on.....
NOW I'M FINISHING QUILTS!!!
YAHOO!
Julie Mirdoch wrote me an email to share photos of these Giraffes in a Row quilts...
"Hey, Lorna! Don’t know if you remember me – I’ve done some testing for you in the past. (Of course I do, Julie!!!) We had our giant Heritage Park Quilt Show on the weekend. One of the guilds for a group entry did your Giraffe’s in a Row as their pattern, where everyone in the guild made that quilt. Some were at the main grand entrance to the park so it looked like a giant herd of giraffe. The others were inside (2 photos). I thought you would like to see everyone’s different takes on them, plus it made a spectacular photo! Enjoy!"
Thank you so much for sharing these great photos with us, Julie!
Now... It's your turn for Show and Tell!!!
What have you been working on?
A wall of giraffes, stunning, and outdoors, in the sun, grass under their tall legs, a superb set-up.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pics of all those giraffe quilts, it has to be one of your best patterns ever, in my opinion anyway.
ReplyDeleteSo cool! I would have loved to have seen all the giraffes! I made one for my granddaughter last year and it came out spectacular! I love your quilt patterns Lorna. Keep up the great work in designing!
ReplyDeleteSuch a nice compliment for the guild to make your pattern.
ReplyDeleteA zoo of giraffes! What a great shot! Good luck finishing your quilts. I should take a cue from you and get to mine as well!
ReplyDeleteHow awesome to see a whole herd of quilts with your giraffe pattern Lorna. You must have really smiled upon seeing those pictures!
