Let's Bee Social #233

Welcome to the Let's Bee Social!

Here's a friendly email I received last week from Emily. Gotta love a quilter with a big heart who just wants to share what's fun and for such a worthy cause....

Hi Lorna! I made your Smitten Kitten pattern this week and presented it to my quilt group for the Cincinnati, OH Ronald McDonald House. The ladies in my group liked it so much, they wanted me to show them how to make these little kitties! Would you mind if I shared this pattern with a handful of women so that we can make some quilts for the kids at RMH? Thank you for your consideration and this adorable pattern! Emily

This week you can find the Smitten Kitten pattern here in my shop.

AND if you use HALFPRICE as the coupon code, you get 50% off!

Last week I mentioned my participation in the New Blogger Blog Hop back in 2013 and then shared the shout out to Molli Sparkles spurned on by that T shirt second hand store find.

Another one of our "classmates" from that hop is Kris. We've been keeping in touch pretty regular since then. Although Kris is more active on Instagram here....

Please click here to meet Kris where she blogs at Sew Sunshine and take the time to leave a friendly Let's Bee Social HELLO on her latest post.....

Now... It's your turn for Show and Tell!!!
What have you been working on?

Keep On Quilting On!

  2. Thanks Lorna for having me. I can't believe how long ago that New Bloggers Group was but it seems like just yesterday for me. You helped me get going this week on the blog as I am always a bit behind. I ended up with two posts and actually have another as soon as I get some photos. You have always been an inspiration to me.

  4. Thank you so much for sharing Lorna! I cannot wait to show you the quilts my group makes with this adorable pattern. They really enjoyed the Dog Gone Cute pattern a few years ago too and I know the children certainly did! So fun!! Keep them coming :)
