The leftover backing from the Quilt Like An Egyptian quilt I made last month is the inspiration for my colour choices. Kona Cyan, Azure, Grass and Peapod. The backing fabric is Michael Miller's Everyday Houndstooth in Lagoon.
I sure do love me some Kona cotton solids. And some Kona Snow. I cut all the pieces on Monday. And sewed all day Tuesday.

Sounds like a good way to pass the time at a swimming event. The baby quilt is looking good!

ReplyDeleteGuess what? I too really like those colours. . I've got a bit of a thing for those slightly yellow greens, like peapod, right now and yours are working really well with the blues and white.
