Keep it quilty!
Alright, Nancy-Rose! I'm so happy to hear you are interested. Looking forward to quilting with you!Delete
I grabbed your button.....hope to be able to participateReplyDelete
Sounds great, Sherry! I am happy to hear it. Hope we won't be lonely!Delete
It's a pretty big project, which has me concerned that most readers
would likely not want to commit to. But I have worked out the scrappy
background to be sewn a lot like the scrappy trip. So it isn't like
we'll be cutting out a whole whack of 2.5" squares and sewing them up
one by one!
Glad you're on board!
Your quilty buddy,
That is an enticing diagram! I like how you've pulled the scraps into warm, cool, and neutral. I have SO much on the go this summer, but I will be looking to see your finished quilt. (I always seem to do QALs after the fact, anyway.)ReplyDelete
Thank you, sew much for the thoughtful comment, Laura. You hit the nail on the head concerning the warm/cool/neutral. Those are the key elements that developed in the process of transferring the design from first spark of idea to paper. I appreciate your interest and hope you will be following along. I'm sew looking forward to seeing everyone's take on the design!Delete
This looks like it will be a lot of fun.ReplyDelete
I sure hope so, Jen! Want to join in?Delete
Looks like fun!! I'll be grabbing the button and hopping to follow along too!!ReplyDelete
Glad to hear you're in, LatteGirl! The more the merrier...Delete
Looks like a fun project. Too bad I've already got too much on the go.ReplyDelete
Maybe you can join in later, Laura. We'd love to have you!Delete
That looks like a fun quilt!ReplyDelete
Thanks Carol! Sew glad you came by for a visit and left me a note! Are you interested in joining the quilt along? It starts this Friday.... And it's free!Delete
I will be watching your QAL from the cheering section. Have some things I want to start on myself and a little vacation coming up too, but wish you and the QAL-ers a ton of fun! It looks like a beautiful quilt. Love the bright stars against the neutral background!ReplyDelete
Thank you, Paulette! I appreciate your visit and am glad to hear you will be in our cheering section. Hope we make you proud!Delete
I have so much on my plate that I won't be able to join, however I will be watching the progress! Thanks for partying with us.ReplyDelete
Robin @ Fluster Buster
Thank you, Robin, for being such a wonderful hostess. I appreciate being a part of it whenever I have something to share and being able to see what everyone is up to even when I don't. PS. I love the new look of your blog! Fresh!Delete
I am joining late, okay very late, but I am excited about making this quilt, though I might have to tweak a few colors to accommodate my stash and scraps. Please let me know if you end up doing something different about this QAL. Sometimes people will reboot them with a smaller size or different fabrics and I have a few undone projects from that sort of thing, haha.ReplyDelete
