Let's Bee Social #11

Sew Fresh QuiltsWelcome to this week's Social link up!
It's the middle of March Break and the kids are just as eager for winter to end as I am.

Seems like everyone is working some spring colours into their projects.  It is so nice to see all the beautiful things people are sharing on their blogs!

One of my bestest bloggy buddies, Paula of The Sassy Quilter, shared a really sweet treat.  She made this gorgeous quilt top by joining in my Oblongagonalong!  The instructions can be found here.

I finished my first granny squares quilt last week.
And shared a Granny Square Quilt Tutorial yesterday.
If you are feeling inspired... I would love to see you "Gettin' your Granny on!"

My Charley Harper fabric has been cut in preparation for making a quilted jacket during the 30/30 challenge hosted by Sarah of Berry Barn Designs.  Sure looking forward to starting the piecing!

  18. Thanks for hosting the link up. I love your jacket and think you're so brave to make it. I might sew little, tiny squares together, but clothing scares me. Maybe it was bad memories of home ec, in school, where I made wrap around skirt, which came off, when I stood up in class......I haven't sewed a single piece of clothing since.
